Steadfast Service

Topside is founded on a long history of family service to the United States. In 1945, Paul’s grandfather joined the ranks of the US Navy’s “Silent Service,” submarines, where he led a storied and lengthy career achieving the rank of Rear Admiral (RADM). What Paul learned from his grandfather was not to build a career based on personal ambition and success but instead to build a career focused on your team, your peers, those you lead, and the country you serve. This focus on steadfast service to your country, cause, or customer is the hallmark of Topside’s core values.
